If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund. You do not need to give a detailed reason, though we always welcome feedback so we can improve our guides.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@ambitiousharvest.com within 30 days of your purchase. Please include:

The name of the product you purchased

The email address you used at checkout

Your order number, if you have it

We aim to respond to every refund request within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.

Digital Product Delivery

Our products are delivered as instant digital downloads. Because the files are yours to keep, a refund is based on your satisfaction with the guide rather than on returning the file.

Services

If we find before starting that your request is outside what the service can cover, we refund your order in full before any work begins.
